Country Estate Hommelheide, steadfastly referred to by its owners and better known to the general public as EuroParcs Limburg, is located in the ‘green belt of Limburg’ in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. Upon arrival at the park, the driveway immediately evokes a pleasant holiday feeling. Here, one escapes the daily hustle, embraces tranquility, and finds entertainment for children within reach.

Around the holiday park, the green countryside awaits, where you can enjoy cycling and walking with plenty of opportunities for relaxation. On request, we have an extensive overview for our guests.

The animation team organizes sporting activities for children during the holiday periods, as well as creative shows and arts and crafts activities. The park has a nature and beach pool with a sunbathing lawn, where swimming is possible from May 1st to October 1st. The recreational pond offers our guests peace, healthy excitement and fun while fishing from the fishing pier.

Since May 2021, my wife Petra and I have been the proud owners of this holiday home on this park in Central Limburg. From our own experience, we believe it's a nice feeling when a property has a personal touch. That's why we've chosen to offer our guests something extra during their stay. These are a few additions that we find pleasant and sometimes important in our own home. The property is suitable for a young family but also for seniors. Our guests should be able to enjoy their stay in a relaxed atmosphere, both inside and outside the property. For the safety of the youngest guests and to accommodate (a maximum of) two pets (dogs), we have had a fence installed. A fee is charged for the stay of a pet and necessary cleaning costs.

With your family, partner or friends you can enjoy a lot of freedom and peace here. And this in the middle of the beautiful nature of Limburg. The park is located in the narrowest part of the province, centrally and bordering both Germany and Belgium. The park has an indoor pool and wellness center, restaurant with lounge, terrace, snack bar and banquet hall, beautiful recreational pond and various sports and entertainment options.

The holiday home is detached and located in the new part of the park, within walking distance of the park center, and can accommodate four people. The layout consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms each with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all other necessary household appliances.

At the front of the house there is ample space for parking the car and the garden with terrace is spacious. A separate, lockable storage shed is available within the plot for storing bicycles. The use of WIFI is free of charge and in addition to the standard amenities, we have added a number of extra features in the house. Early 2023, an air conditioning unit was installed in the holiday home and all windows and sliding doors were fitted with screens.
